Over the course of my career, I have experienced business from many vantage points — leading global organizations, building teams, driving transformation, working across manufacturing and technology, and coaching leaders.
One lesson has become increasingly clear: organizations ultimately grow when their people grow.
Today, I bring that experience into leadership education, executive coaching and digital transformation — connecting practical business experience with ideas that leaders can apply immediately.
